1. General

These terms govern all sales and use of our website.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Products

We sell physical books (hardcopy), e-books, and audiobooks.

While we make every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate, minor variations (e.g., cover design, formatting) may occur.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.

Payments are handled securely by third-party providers. We do not store card details.

Prices are listed in EUR and may include applicable taxes.

4. Delivery

Hardcopy books: shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary.
E-books and audiobooks: delivered digitally via download link, stream, or account access immediately after purchase.

5. Refund Policy

Hardcopy books: refundable within 14 days if returned unused and in original condition (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective).
E-books and audiobooks: all sales are final due to the digital nature of the product.

6. Intellectual Property

All content (books, cover design, website text, images) is protected by copyright.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our books or digital files without permission.

7. Liability

We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or issues caused by third-party services (e.g., shipping carriers, payment providers). Our maximum liability in any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.

Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Antwerp.
