• Hardcopy books: shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary.

• E-books and audiobooks: delivered digitally via download link, stream, or account access immediately after purchase.

5. Refund Policy

• Hardcopy books: refundable within 14 days if returned unused and in original condition (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective).

• E-books and audiobooks: all sales are final due to the digital nature of the product.
