You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery.

The book must be returned unused and in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the book arrived damaged or defective. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final.

Once the file has been delivered (via download or streaming access), no refunds can be issued.
